Hungarian Goulash
Ready In: 4 - 8 hours
Servings: 6 - 8
Ingredients:
2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small clove garlic
1/4 cup oil
1-1/2 cups water
3/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions:
Cook and stir beef, onion, and garlic in oil until beef is brown. Transfer to crockpot and add next 7 ingredients.
Cook until tender.
Mix cornstarch and water; add to thicken mixture.
Can be frozen up to 4 months. Serve over noodles.
